The final part of the on-site visit was a personality interview combined with a lunch. This was a more informal and relaxed setting, intended to assess my soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, and cultural fit within the company. It was an opportunity for both parties to interact in a less structured environment, providing valuable insights into how well I might integrate with the team and the overall work environment. Throughout the day, I had the chance to meet various team members, which gave me a better understanding of the company's dynamics and the types of projects I would potentially be working on. The entire process was thorough and gave both the company and me a comprehensive view of whether the role was a suitable match.

I had a skype interview. The interviewer called me and we spoke for about 30 minutes. He mostly asked me about myself and didn't really ask any hard programming or technical questions. He seemed interested in me, but said that they have to be careful about hiring since they're such a small company; they want to make sure they get the right people. He asked about my programming experience and basically just asked about what I had on my resume.
