I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Advanced Rx (Fort Washington, PA) in Dec 2021
Interview
There was an initial phone screening interview, followed by an in-person interview about 10 days later. After the in-person interview, I completed an online test that was based on accuracy + speed. The HR manager asked for references after completing the in-person interview + test, and I received an offer a few days later. All-in-all, from application to job offer, this process took about 1 month.

Interview
The Interview was very easy, They tried to convince me that the company is doing very well( which was my main concern) and after I accepted the offer, told me in 2nd week that the position has been eliminated.

Question 1
About my experience with Excel and accounting softwares
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Advanced Rx (Nashville, TN) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview lasted all of 5 minutes and didn't require much though. This is probably why we have so many lazy people working at our location currently. Pretty much, if you have experience, your interview is irrelevant.
