I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Advanced Information Management (Schenectady, NY)
Interview
Sent in resume - had a phone interview.
Had two lunch interviews with Glen. The interviews went great.
Told me he I had the job - we agreed on salary and even went as far to ask if I preferred an Apple or PC. He said he would write up the offer and get back to me. That was the last I heard. Unanswered follow up emails and phone calls. The oddest situation I have ever been in. Never heard back - ever. Reading the other reviews, very glad I got ghosted.

Interview
First an email from HR, then a phone call with technical questions, then an in person interview with many obscure technical questions. Asked alot about Python microservices a nd architecture questions. Some weird opinion questions about if I thought Python or Java or PHP was "better", as well as some weird leading questions about working with other team members. Was kind of put off by the office environment (in an old church) which was messy and dirty, and heard someone loudly yelling and swearing at someone over the phone. Was glad to not hear back!

Interview
I had a screening with two staff software engineers, bombarded with high level full stack development and behavioral questions. The interview lasted 1hr+. I had this few weeks back and nothing after that.
