Applied online for a position with call center. Got email requesting me to schedule my interview. First interview went pretty well and was asked to come in for a second one. Had very good second interview with mgr. Seemed like she was very interested in hiring me. She asked me to come in for job shadowing two days after my interview. Job shadowing went well. I learned a lot and asked questions. That’s where communication stopped with the company. No email or call as to if I got the position or not. I seen other reviews about lack of communication from leadership. I am guessing that is correct. Sending an email or even calling to report you have been hired or sorry we went another direction, would be helpful to those looking for a position.
