applied online for the finance manager role in campbell, ca. a couple weeks passed and was contacted by a recruiter based in va. we scheduled a time to speak. it was a quick phone screening (no more than 15 minutes). consisted of a quick walk me through your resume, why do you want to work here/ what do you know about our company and what are your salary requirements. was told the kiss of death "will pass your resume to the hiring manager" and of course never heard from the company again
