Answer questions,filled out forms ,walked around the plant..took a drug test and had a phone and one on one interview . Last orientation will be the final process and then I work.

Went to the back of the store with the GM, sat between some mufflers and exhaust gaskets. Questions were very straight forward, GM was open about the environment and the type of customers that shop in the area. There were a few questions that caught me off guard, mainly because they were not questions that everyone would be asked - they were in regards to my appearance and demeanor. I would consider myself to be very "girly" and it shouldn't matter if I prefer to wear makeup and get my nails done, as long as I am able to do the job I am hired to do.
