      I was interviewed by the GM of the store and the district manager was also present. The interview lasted about 30 mins I was offered a job right than .

      They asked if I had any background in automotive. Which l have plenty . I was asked how I felt about sales and meeting sales goals .. I was asked basic questions about cars.

      It’s quick and they go over the demands of the job. The job is very physically demanding so they make sure that you can lift parts. They also make sure you can handle a frustrated customer and if you have experience with that.

      Interview was with the store manager and the district manager. I had already been with AAP in another position so there was not parts knowledge questions. The main questions were about customer service and what would you do in certain situations such as returns with out receipts.

      Name a time when you went above what is required of you to help a customer? Customer comes in with an item and wants to return it but does not have a receipt and we have no record of the customer making a purchase. How do you handle the situation? How do you handle someone calling off work?
