Aduro BioTech interview questions

Interview was very high level and about projects I did. It really looked like a great workplace. But, they seemed to be a tightly knit group not willing to get in people with different expertise. Surprising things were, 1. No one asked a single technical question. 2. Everyone kept saying how great their researchers were and how they were struggling to fill this position for almost an year. 3. If you are not open to hiring people with good skills and give chance, good luck with your search. 4. They called me onsite without even understanding my skills and what I could offer. I thought it was a big waste of my time and their money

Was called for a phone interview and then brought on-site on 2 occasions to interview with a team. From interview to offer, it took about a month. They waited for background clearance and all reference checks to be completed prior to offer.
