One-on-one single or double round process with second interview with the VP and an opportunity to shadow an existing top producer. Then came back to begin with the onboarding process. IE: Paper work etc. and a formal training process that lasts several days.

Found job opportunity on indeed.com. One interview with the VP and one interview with the sales manager. Was screened by phone with by a sales lady, I'd guess. Asked me about my experience with making business to business sales calls. They wanted to know where I lived, if I was comfortable making cold calls and how I handled dealing with rejection. Considering I've been in sales this was not an issue. Office is located off Spring Valley and Midway in Addison TX. Lots of good restaurants around.
