Interview
3 stages of interview, initial round with HR then coding session with technical architect in which you have to complete a coding challenge. Then finally interview with Development Manager in which they asked about your technical background, technologies or stack you have worked with.

Interview
Initial Chat with P&C, followed by a virtual coding test and finally a design discussion with a project I've recently worked on.
The coding test was a good opportunity for me as a candidate to see what the working culture is like.
The design discussion was also an opportunity to share what I know and gave me insight into how their senior developers think of things.

I applied it through LinkedIn. HR called within a day. It was a formal chat about the current project and Technology. Second round was technical test on a laptop.
