Admind interview questions

First I interviewed with a junior person who didn't seem to know anything about this industry and was asking very generic question, rather than digging into my experience and background. The person then quit the company and they did not forward the emails. I had to follow up for weeks and finally a person who did not even speak with me came back and refused to move forward with the process. I think that this agency is very unprofessional and does not know how to properly conduct a recruitment process.
