First interview with HR and Line manager. Standard previous work related question. Second Interview with line manager and other department manager. No difficult questions. Both managers were intersted in how much related work experience I have.
The interview process was easy. They just wanted to get a feel of your sales techniques and your experience. They stayed a way from situational questions and focused more on you. It seems as if your experience is what they look for and if they like what they see the interview process is more for them to get to know you so they can start focusing on how they're going to train you.
