The interview was thorough. They are looking for people with a large swath of experience. But it seems like they run through claims adjusters quickly. Most of the questions that you would expect were there.

Interview
The COO, Operations Manager, and Sales Manager were very professional at all phases of the interview. The process consisted of a 1:1 telephone interview, a 1:3 Skype interview, and a 1:3 Group/Panel face to face interview. Many of the questions in the panel interview were situational sales role playing 'what if' scenarios. For this position a strong sales background was key (no surprise there). The corporate culture appears to encourage a very direct approach with customers and internal employees.
