No physical interview, but they gave me a very long assessment which the hiring team asked I complete in just 48 hours. Personally, I felt weird about giving them that much free work, but I was able to complete it in time. They didn't get back to me until almost a month later after messaging them twice for an update. Very strange experience and seems like their a bit new to hiring.
