      Senior Account Executive Interview

      9 Sept 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adfero in Dec 2022

      Interview

I was connected to the HR contact via a former colleague, and the initial screening phone call was excellent. The HR director was extremely knowledgable about the culture and position - I could tell she genuinely loved working there. After the HR screening, I had a Zoom call with a VP then an in person conversation with the Chief of Staff. Everyone was lovely and I could tell they were not only asking questions about job experience, but were looking for a culture fit. It spoke highly to their values!

      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Adfero

      Interview

Was connected via a recruiter. The initial screener call was straightforward and interviewee-led but did not feel like it was the right opportunity for me, so I did not continue with the interview process after the screener.

More interviewee led but I did provide an overview of my background.

      Senior Account Executive Interview

      24 Mar 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Washington, DC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adfero (Washington, DC) in Dec 2011

      Interview

The interview process was fairly informal. I first exchanged emails with the vice president I would be working with directly. We met off-site and talked more. A week or so later I had a formal interview with the same person and a member of HR. Finally, I met with the partner, VP and team lead on the account I would likely work on. Within 24 hours I had an offer, which I accepted. The interview focused on my prior experiences, as they related to communications and the federal account I was joining. I was offered a position, provided I was granted a "public trust" clearance from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. That process took nearly a month. So while the interview and offer process took about two weeks, the clearance process, which was external to Adfero, took about a month. Only after that process did I receive the final offer of employment.
