I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Aderant (Auckland, Auckland) in Aug 2014
Interview
The process took nearly 3 months. Applied for 2 weeks and received an email for online assessment test ( personality and math) con complete within 48 hrs. 1 week later received an email for 5 more questions ( as below). 1 week later received email for interview appointment at 4 pm on next day. Showed up and waited until 5.15pm as the manager was busy. After redone the assessment test, started interview with the HR manager. He asked: why you didn't become an accountant? Why you did apply for resident visa with your partner? Finished at 6.30pm. 1 week later, I was contacted to be informed that my application was processed further. 1week later, I followed up. 1 week later, I got another practical test to do. More than 1 week later, I followed up the result, and was told that HR manager was on holiday for 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, he informed that my application was unsuccessful. Very frustrating experience.
