It was a calm and relaxed interview. The interviewer makes you feel like you are one of them. The questions were more situational based and about portraying your skills and qualities.

Question 1
How do you handle difficult customers and give a situation you handled one?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Adecco (Tampa, FL) in Jul 2019
Interview
It was fairly easy but too easy. They are not very profession in the sense of mannerism. I come in for an interview, there are four people that did not acknowledge me when I walked in. When I walked up to one of them I told him I was there for an interview and says he was willing to interview me. THIS WAS THE SHORTEST INTERVIEW I HAD IN MY ENTIRE YEARS OF WORKING. I didn't have clear understanding of the company and he clarified the position. My issue was that there was three other people talking over, so I was having trouble speaking to the recruiter and listening to him. He was so eager to start working rather than seeing my qualifications (did not even bother to look at my resume) and even sent me the email to start about onboarding. There is no job security and no guaranteed working for the temporary position even if it says 1 to 2 months, he says it could last two weeks. Do not waste your time, honestly. Even if it is a temp-job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Adecco (Melbourne, FL) in Oct 2012
Interview
Notified by email to complete online tests. Not hard just time consuming. Was called for actual interview that also had about 20-25 other people there. They were just looking for a warm body. Warned about high stress levels and we'd have to be able to handle it.
