Interview is usually 2-3 stages and you get to meet the most senior members in the team which is great.
Very relaxed style of interview but also very in tune with regards to your motivations and previous experience

straight forward about my experience and work, and ask if i am a people peroson. Really sales driven. The manager is nice and frank. The office looks good and spacious. A professional firm. But seems staff tunrover is quite high.

Simple and easy process with 2 rounds- both were good- and more informative - what they are looking for in brief both were video call rounds and had set of question they asked for.
