I applied to Host employer(GE), they contacted me and did most of the interviewing. Adecco merely completed the HR work and is the payroller. Host Employer asked me to send in some code samples. Adecco has many online pdfs to fill out that could take hours if you read everything. You are called into their office to sign some paperwork. Adecco never asked about or tested my skills.
