I was first interviewed over the phone and screened for the position. Pay and hours were discussed as well as my previous duties with previous employers. Two days later I was contacted for an in person interview.

friendly, met with controller, we went through my resume and discussed all my experiences, asked me what software I used and what applications I used. What my culture was and interaction with management.
