2 on 1 face to face competency based interview at their offices. Recieved an email later that day informing me I was successful.

Remote, with extensive onboarding afterwards There are a lot of hurdles to clear. I.e., clearances, references, and all supporting documents, any discrepancy needs to be clarified. Make sure your dates line up properly, and your references respond quickly.

What was a difficult situation you experienced with another person, how did you handle it, and what was the outcome?
The process was straightforward. It was a pre-recorded interview which was very helpful to prepare adequately before submitting my interview. I was able to pre-record, listen to my recording and given an opportunity to re-record if not satisfied before submitting.

The interview process was simple. I completed a video interview of which I could record my answers multiple times, until I was satisfied. After the video interview I received an email 24 hours after with my start date.
