Applied online. After a couple of weeks they called me saying that I was pre-selected for the position.
After a week they called me for an interview.
Somehow, during the interview, she got the impression that I didn't know what the position was for and so she disqualified me immediatly. I tried to explain, that I did know, after all I did applied to the position. But it was in vain.
Bottom line: if this is the best they can offer, good riddance I say.

Receive e-mail requesting confirmation of the application and what type of jobs i was looking for.
Replied but never heard from them ever since.
It looked like they want to "present" aplicants to their clients even if its not what you applied for.
It was easy and friendly, non pressuring conversation. Need experience in the job related positions. Agent will prepare you for the interview and suggest what to say and what not to say.

People are very welcoming through the phone and set an interview for later that week. The interview was on site and had to take a basics test. Heard from them back that same day and started with the training 2 weeks later.
