The process was simple and easy. They ask you basic questions about your communication skills. They also ask you to specify an instance in which you went above and beyond in a project or past job. They ask what you would work on personally, what your goals are and what your weaknesses are.

Called and asked about experience. We talked in length about job descriptions and was overall pleasant. Resume was sent out but no official start date reported for the temporary hiring process.

CV langsgebracht op Adecco kantoor in Groningen. Vervolgens uitgenodigd om mijn CV door te nemen en te kijken of mijn ervaring paste bij de vacature. Na goedkeuring uitgenodigd om op kantoor te komen bij Menzis, geïnterviewd door twee recruiters van Menzis. Na een week gebeld om te komen werken.
