The CEO of the company reached out to me on linkedin, which I found a little unusual but proceeded with caution. Initially the job description was extremely vague, and they brought me on site for an interview, prior to aligning on compensation, benefits, etc, (Another red flag) After I was brought on site for an interview, I noticed they would sometimes refer to the role as a "Manager" position, and other times it would be an "RA" position. When I asked them for a job ID and description, they could not provide one. I believe I was brought on for my expertise in a consulting type of way, or to force conversations that needed to be had internally, anways this position was never real- be careful out there!
