Horrible, the interview didn't remember my name, our conversation. I was alarmed by their demeanor on the phone interview because they MUMBLED through the entire call and talked about a job I applied for. I liked the job I applied for and since I was free agreed to interview today. What a disaster, out of respect for myself and that sad attempt I listened. Then became disappointed with the bait and switch, I have another role I would like to discuss and as the interview went on they basically said my experience wasn't enough to validate the educational requirement for the job. THIS is who you hire to represent your company to interview client/applicants.
