I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Addison Group (Houston, TX) in Nov 2018
Interview
Initial phone screen that went really well. Basic questions that are sales related and just the recruiter trying to get to know you. Next was an in person interview with two people followed by a short job shadowing portion. This interview experience was one of the worst I have ever been part of. The two people interviewing me showed little to no interest in trying to connect with me. I was unable to gauge how I was doing at all. Then the job shadowing portion just consisted of me sitting behind a girl doing some things on the computer, not even able to ask questions to. She didn’t even introduce herself or talk to me at all. I felt very under appreciated and like my time was not worth it to them.

I applied online. I interviewed at Addison Group (Washington, DC) in Feb 2026
Interview
Had a great initial phone screening, and then proceeded to talk to the manager at Addison Group for a 2nd round and I was extremely disappointed. He did not seem like he was interested in me as a candidate but rather meeting me out of obligation and formality. I did attempt to create some rapport, but only interviewed with standard questions for 10 minutes then proceeded to ask "What questions do you got?", interview was over within 20 minutes which was the shortest 2nd round interview I've ever had. Haven't heard anything from the team since the interview, it's been 2+ weeks.
Had a 30 minute interview where they mainly asked about my previous job experience and told me more about the position. I previously worked a sales position and they asked a bunch of questions about what I did in that position.
