Interview
First interview went well. Ended with immediate follow up for second interview. The second interview with two individuals went terribly. One of the two individuals began to fall asleep while the other was speaking..not like nodding off as the individual slept through a small portion of the second interviewer speaking which was incredibly disrespectful. Then during the "tour and floor shadowing" went on to explain how they often had parties in the office and consistently joked about having alcohol on site during the work day...Maybe that why the first individual kept fell asleep, one too many at work would put anyone to sleep? The office was open concept which wasn't terrible but having to yell over each other wasn't a plus since everyone was butted up right next to each other and the cubicle wall height was below the shoulder when sitting. Discussed pay structure at the end which wasn't typical to a recruiting office but definitely "not competitive" as previously promoted. Overall was highly disappointed. Never received any form of follow up either but wasn't too upset about that. Definitely will not be recommending anyone I know to use them or apply for them.

Questions were pretty typical. Explained how recruiters were really sales people selling jobs at the lowest price they could to a potential candidate and then asked me to sell them something I was comfortable with.

Contacted by Addison recruiters on LInkedin, email, and phone calls several times with roles they want to interview me for. Respond showing interest to roles and with requested info. Get no response for a couple days, send a follow to them, consistently ghosted.

Interview
Had a great initial phone screening, and then proceeded to talk to the manager at Addison Group for a 2nd round and I was extremely disappointed. He did not seem like he was interested in me as a candidate but rather meeting me out of obligation and formality. I did attempt to create some rapport, but only interviewed with standard questions for 10 minutes then proceeded to ask "What questions do you got?", interview was over within 20 minutes which was the shortest 2nd round interview I've ever had. Haven't heard anything from the team since the interview, it's been 2+ weeks.
Had a 30 minute interview where they mainly asked about my previous job experience and told me more about the position. I previously worked a sales position and they asked a bunch of questions about what I did in that position.
