Huge conversation gap between recruiter and interview team. There's no clarification about how many rounds they gonna take you for interview( God knows they might be waiting for referrals or something else). They can't even clarify what kind of interview round the candidate will have to attempt. They might tell you to be prepared for formal HR round but will end taking up TR instead. Seems like all their pseudo inteview process is nothing but cheap publicity tactics of collecting resume of candidates.
