Thanks for your feedback; I am not sure what gives you the impression that we don't hire people from our interview process..or promote from within. One of our Jr. Engineers has received 8 raises in two years and has been promoted multiple times. Regarding providing different links to youtube (free), online preparations (optional), and very detailed directions what to study (including advice to use google)... I'm sorry you felt like us giving you direction how to be successful with our interview process was a burden. We believe in over-communicating versus keeping candidates in the dark. That is different than most companies who won't reach out to you with any additional information so I can see how it might come across odd. Sounds like you've marked as SPAM and won't have to worry about that in the future. I'm sorry we made such an impact into your inbox that you felt the need to post about it a year later.
