The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Adaro (Jakarta) in Nov 2024
Interview
The interview process at Adaro for the Student Program was structured and professional. It began with an online application, followed by a screening via email. I was then invited to a joint Zoom interview with both the HR representative and the user (technical team). The interview format was turn-based, HR started by asking about my motivation, background, and understanding of Adaro’s core values and business areas. Then the user followed up with technical questions to assess my knowledge and skills relevant to the role. The interviewers were friendly and clear in their communication, and the whole process took about two weeks. It was a positive and insightful experience that gave me a good impression of the company’s culture and expectations.
