During the interview, the basic questions that are generally asked in all interviews were asked. I was asked why I chose to apply to the job, what my career intentions were and how did it relate to that job, and then I was given some scenarios and how I dealt with them.

Interview
It is hardly an interview. It's a pretty easy interview. If you get an interview, you already pretty much have the job. They just check your availability, possibly ask why you left your last job. They are also pretty friendly so you should not feel intimidated.

They ask you what you think about the elderly, how would you handle a death if you become close with a resident, are you a team player etc

If they ask you for an interview you pretty much already have the job. They ask simple questions about your schedule, can you lift 50 pounds, things of that sort. They also tell you a lot of your job responsibilities and ask if you are okay with it
