      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ada Health (London, England) in Jul 2024

      Interview

My interview experience was very positive, from application to offer stage everything was very efficient, engaging and transparent. I applied directly to Ada and after a couple of weeks I was contacted to begin the interview process. I interviewed with a technical recruiter (30 mins), followed by the hiring manager (1 hour), interview with 2 peers (1 hour) and a final interview with leadership (1 hour). The process was fully remote and was complete in 3 weeks. The recruiter was very helpful in sharing objectives of each interview to allow me to prepare and also provided feedback quickly after each stage. The interviews were conversational and the interviewers were professional, friendly and very open to also answering my questions about the company and the role.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ada Health (Berlin) in Jan 2024

      Interview

First stage with TA team, basic questions about experience and ways of working. Second stage was an interview with hiring manager and a future peer, with situational and behavioural questions. It was friendly and interesting, and I had time to ask some questions at the end. Third stage was a Systems Design with the CTO. Not super hard, but the topic was too broad and it was difficult to understand the point of the exercise, is it architecture? decision making? technical experience? I was rejected after this stage. The provided some feedback, although not very helpful.
