I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Acumen (Burlingame, CA)
Interview
The whole process took about two months - including a writing test, a phone interview, and an in-person interview at Burlingame office. The on-site interview lasted about 4-5 hours. First, I was asked to do an one-hour test on logic and statistics. Following this I spoke with researchers from different project groups. Everyone I met was pretty nice.

Phone Screen Interview
The first round was a phone screening conducted by a recruiter. This conversation focused on my background, relevant experience, and understanding of the role. In-Person Interview
The second round was an in-person interview with the hiring manager and potentially a team member. This round went deeper into my technical expertise and practical experience. I was asked to walk through specific projects, explain my decision-making process, and demonstrate how I approach real-world challenges.
