After applying for the position online, I received an email from HR to answer a few screening questions. They were fairly easy, and I got an interview. I arrived a few minutes early, and I waited about 10-15 minutes to be called back for interview. The three women conducting the interview were all friendly and laid back. Interview was short and questions do not stand out to me as being difficult at all. Basically, I had to describe my customer service experience and how I deal with unhappy customers. Then I was given a basic test to see if I could use their chat system. Overall, very easy and laid back interview. Do not let it fool you though. This is not a laid back work environment once you get the job.
