Started with a virtual HR screening, followed by a behavioral interview focused on customer service scenarios, adaptability, and communication. Process was organized, conversational, and provided clear expectations about the role.
There was a phone interview and then a video conference call with multiple people. There was a bit of confusion as to who the different people in calls were. The second interview was close to an hour, hour and a half.

Seamless. They reached out right away, followed up in a timely fashion. They called and emailed when appropriate. I did not have to wait very long for a follow up. They made arrangements for the follow up interviews. Management and upper management were involved.
