I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Acuitas Therapeutics (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2024
Interview
Highly well-developed process. I did not undergo a screening interview and went straight to the department director. In the second and final interview, two panels were assembled, consisting of the management from across the company (mostly scientific managers, but HR manager was also there) and the team I would be joining. Everyone was well-prepared to listen and ask their questions. The second interview was divided into 4 different modules and the total length was 2 hours. They asked me to prepare a presentation about a scientific project related to the position I did in the past. The process was highly competitive and professional.
I managed to be in the shortlist, but unfortunately I didn't make it.
