Being contacted by recruiter, and only had one onsite interview. The interview start off with 3 tests to be completed in 30 mins. 1 math, 1 data sufficiency, 1 reading comprehension. Similar to GMAT test but not very difficult, timing is important. Make sure you do it quickly. You have to pass these test first otherwise you will be sent home at this stage. I then being interviewed by one developer, discussing a small pieces of code, what problem with the code and how to improve etc. Then I've been asking to have a look at a very simple ASP.Net application and I've been asked to explain what tag does what etc. You don't have to give 100% accurate answer, they just test whether your can get it quickly. I've also asked to implemented a very small functionality, very easy I feel. As long as you had c# programming experience or a little knowledge with web you will be fine. The second interview conducted after lunch. I was super sleepy and feel my mind was frozen. I've been presented with 3 scenario and asked to write pseudo code. Very easy but I don't know what was wrong with me, my mind just frozen and soooo sleepy. They test your attention to details, watch out for edge cases. I am so regret that those questions are really easy to be honest. I was just trying to be smart while i was not in a good status which slows everything down. No more interview afterwards. I think if you are good, you might get interviewed by 3 people and probably by the CEO as well if he is around. He is going to put you under pressure to see if you can cope with it.
As long as you are not completely green hand in programming you will be fine.
