Staff person who met me and gave the task was the only good thing about the application process with this company. Just like everybody else I was given a GMAT test of 24 questions which had to be answered in 30min. I failed it.
I can't see why you can't arrange such test online, I wasted the whole day, coming all the way from Leeds just for that. Questions were not that difficult, I just couldn't make it in time.
I know that they are trying to save time but this application process was the worst I've ever experienced.

Interview
Failed initial GMAT test, try not to stay on one question for too long if you don't know the answer to it. The GMAT test last about 30 minutes with 20 questions
