Recruiter call followed by team interview followed by a hiring manager interview. Overall took about a month and a half to get through. Fairly straightforward and easy to communicate with the staff.

What’s a partnership you found beneficial for everyone?
They had me meet and go through 4 rounds of interviews to just ghost me right after. It is disappointing to see that after all of that hard work they would still decide to ghost a candidate.
