Interview
I interviewed with 10+ people, two rounds of in person interviews at the office and several phone interviews as well. Pretty standard interview questions about my background, experiences, why I wanted to make a move, etc.
The recruiter asked a lot about my employee relations experience and mentioned it was a call center environment with mainly junior talent. They didn’t tell me much about the company or the why behind the role and instead dove right in to asking about me and my experience. It was structured strangely and made it difficult to get bought in.

Interview
I was first contacted by the recruiter. After the first interview with her I had one 45-min interview with the hiring manager and 3 x 30-min interviews with peers and the supervisor.
The interviews were very engaging, challenging but on eye-level. I was able to ask questions as well and received very honest and comprehensive answers.
The whole process took about 4 weeks. I usually got information on how long it will be until feedback, but it usually took a lot longer. It would have helped to have more accuracy here.
