No feedback ever received after an interview, it was a very disappointing experience. I would not bother applying to this company ever again, they don't paint a very co-ordinated picture.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ActiveCampaign (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2021
Interview
5 stage interview process:
1) 30 minute Screening with Recruiter
2) 45 minute interview with Hiring Manger
3) 30 minute interview with the VP of Business Development
4) 30 minute interview with a Sales Lead
4.5a) Take Home Case Study where you are instructed to design a presentation on a piece of work that you’re proud of
4.5b) Prepare answers and thought processes to 3 separate Scenario Questions that are all at least 5 parts each
5) 45 Minute interview with the Hiring Manager and an Analytics Lead presenting the Case Study and walking through one of the scenario questions
I was not ultimately given an offer but received very brief feedback as to why I was chosen.
Way too long of an interview process…the Case Study and Scenario examples take at least 6-8 hours to complete (when you’re instructed that it should take no more than an hour)
