The interview process seems to be very through and methodical. You first have a phone interview with an HR Rep. If you pass that, then you have a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, you are invited to the offices for an in-person interview with the Hiring Manager and the team you'll be working with. In my case, I was then sent an "assignment" so that the team could evaluate my approach and understanding of the process for the job. They then chose the candidate that best fit their needs.
The employees were very nice and laid back. I saw lots of people around lunch running, biking and working out around the building.
