I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Active Network
Interview
I was intyerveiewed via telephone calls, and hired largely because of my previous association with Active. However, a number of promises were made in the final interview that Active failed to honor (i.e. salary expectations) as well as the nature and scope of the work was misrepresented.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are your salary expectations? How do you answer that?
very quick and brief but thorough . Very flexible on time. Very informative and polite interviewers . I would highly recommend them for anyone . Not sure what else to say about the interview process
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Active Network (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2016
Interview
They emailed me with a job offer. Then the recruiter called me and said I had to do the pretests just as a formality.
Pretest and phone screen, also had a computer skills test and iq test. I had to pretest two times. One time I had to FaceTime when taking the test. Then, after I took all the tests, She told me she was forwarding the results to the hiring manager. I got a no offer letter after all of that.

Unique Tests with quirky questions. Start with a phone interview lasting 30 minutes or so, you then are asked to take an online personalty and IQ type test. I understand the pass/fail rate is not very good, but if you do pass you come in for a face to face and once again take the IQ portion. From time of Face to Face to Actual Offer took about a week. I negotiated for a higher base salary, but would have liked more.
