I heard back from them within 12 hours of sending them my résumé with a friendly email requesting I come down for an interview the next day. Fortunately, I was available for an interview then and received a confirmation of my interview within hours of replying that I could make it.
The interview itself was very relaxed and informal and consisted of one person, my future boss, just asking standard interview questions in a casual manner. It felt more like a conversation than the standard process which is feels more like an interrogation. Halfway through the interview he acknowledged I would be offered the job but he still had to ask the rest of the questions anyway. Naturally, this removed whatever was left of the pressure of the interview. Immediately when he was done asking questions, he offered me the job I accepted on the spot. From start to finish the entire process took about 30 minutes.
