Had a phone screen with the recruiter and then he sent me a couple of tests to take. He called me back a couple days later and asked if I wanted to come in for an interview. I had two separate interviews, each time with two or three different people.

Nothing too difficult. They asked about my experience, the toughest client problem I had to deal with, what kind of company I wanted to work for. That kind of stuff. The interviews were all really friendly and I felt like they just wanted to get to know me.
