Action Air Conditioning, Heating & Solar interview questions

Overall good interview and they let you know their time frame for a decision. I interviewed with 2 different people separately which makes it more comfortable, not like sitting across from a firing squad. The hiring manager explained the position and training schedule very thoroughly leaving few questions on the table. Alot of responsibilities for the pay they were offering and mandatory no time of for 2 months out of the year. I left feeling good about the interview however I was not offered the position but I would not have accepted anyway. Someone who probably needed the job more than me got the job, everything happens for a reason. It was not meant for me.

The interview was fairly easy. I received the call for an interview at the same day I applied for the position. Firstly, they have a simple phone interview, and then 1:1 interview with the CEO and the department manager.
