The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ActioNet (Vienna, VA) in Aug 2010
Interview
Recruiter contacts first to check work status, arrage for Phone interview. After phone interview, onsite interview with technical and Project manager. The interview is most ly technical, there is also behavior questions. After the onsite interview, HR will contact to discuss when to start, salary, etc. The first day at work there is an half day orientation about company policies, benefits etc.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ActioNet (Kings Point, NY) in Jun 2017
Interview
After going through a DOT clearance, I was actively shamed by the Actionet recruiter for at accepting, but later declining a job. The interview process from first phone call to the first day of work was 2 months. It would be ridiculous to assume that I wouldn't seek other employment should my background check not work out. The ActionNet recruiter hung up on me in a huff when I found another opportunity. I am happily blacklisted. Luckily I work and live in NYC where Actionet doesn't yet have a large footprint. I'd be concerned if I lived in DC. Actionet, you aren't very professional at all.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I just explained my work on my resume. There was NO tech screen. For this position, I think the DOT would think that necessary.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at ActioNet (Washington, DC) in Oct 2012
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who only seemed to use capital letters in email and tended to refuse email in favor of phone calls. The interview was conducted on site and featured pretty pretty canned questions, having more to do with interaction with clients than technical skills.
