      Interview

      The interview process was exceptionally smooth and efficient. It began with a thorough recruiter screening, where they provided a comprehensive overview of the company and assessed my skills and interests. Following this, I progressed through three well-structured rounds: Hiring Manager Interview: Focused on technical competencies, specifically support process troubleshooting, Rest API knowledge, and SQL query expertise. VP-Level Interview: Primarily behavioral, designed to evaluate cultural and departmental fit. The entire process was highly interactive and two-way. I especially appreciated the recruiter's proactiveness and helpfulness, providing timely updates and clear communication. The efficiency was remarkable, concluding with a job offer within two weeks.

      My experience with Actabl’s interview process was incredibly positive. Demetrius, the recruiter, went above and beyond during my interview process. He played a crucial role in keeping me informed and providing details about the company including transparency. The three-part interview process—screening with the recruiter, a manager interview, and a panel interview with team members and leads—felt more like getting to know me rather than intimidating technical questions. I had to be well prepared to showcase my technical skills and answer a lot of high level hypothetical scenarios and questions during all the interviews, they gradually get more challenging as you continue but again the energy and individuals who interviewed me made it less intimidating and actually fun. I’m thrilled to have joined a company where everyone enjoys their work and values their teammates. Becoming a valued member of Actabl is truly exciting and I can't wait to see what the future has in stored for me here.
