My first interview was scheduled without me getting any kind of confirmation or heads up, so I had an unexpected call one morning saying it was interview time. We rescheduled, but the assistant who had messed up said she had actually sent me a confirmation email, which was untrue (it wasn't in my spam box). So that was weird. My third interview had a different zoom link that hadn't been updated, so that was weird and there was no accountability there. Then, after a third interview, I heard nothing from these people for three weeks, until I reached out and asked, three days after which I was given a one-sentence reply saying I didn't get the job. Overall the process took 9 weeks, was inefficient and lacked communication, and was likely a glimpse into how it would have been working there.
