I applied on LinkedIn. After I applied, I researched the company. I talked to the Careers Department prior to coming in for an interview. The person I spoke with was very personable and made sure to answer my questions. Obviously, they couldn't give me all the answers over the phone since they are not the Manager. When I came in for an interview there were a few more candidates in the lobby. The person at the front desk was friendly and attempted to make conversation with everyone. During my interview they explained more about Acquire, described the position, and also asked me about myself. It was professional but not in an intimidating way. I made sure to ask questions throughout the interview and they answered them to the point.
